From accepting an offer 4 days after listing our house to helping us clean before our final walkthrough Stacie helped us through it all! With her guidance we were able to get way over asking for our house and she helped us negotiate when it came to issues that arose during our inspection. As first time home sellers she was able to communicate the entire process to us and answer all our questions. We fell ill just before the final walkthrough and were in dire need of help. Stacie called a junk company to help remove our unwanted items and she helped us clean and we were able to close just in time! We can't thank her enough for getting us through this stressful time, she saved the day and helped us when others wouldn't have!

Very rarely do I take the time to write reviews, but Chris (Farley) Scheffler absolutely deserves one. Selling a home is one of the most stressful things we've ever done, and even if you've been through it before, it's never easy. From day one, Chris made the entire process feel manageable. If you ever talk to him on the phone, you'll quickly understand the "Farley" nicknameaEUR""Tommy wants wingy!" You would swear your speaking with him. What sets Chris apart is how he treats his clients. I honestly can't count the number of times he talked me off the ledge when I was stressing over something. His communication is outstanding, he's incredibly responsive, and he has this calm, laid-back confidence that makes you believe everything is going to work outaEUR"and somehow, it always does (that might even be a direct quote). No matter what obstacle came up, Chris seemed to have a solution. Chris is a great Realtor; he's someone you genuinely want in your corner during one of life's biggest transactions. Joanne helped us sell our childhood home after a parent passed away. The situation was overwhelming, emotional, and stressful before we started working with Joanne.
