When you decide to downsize because your children grew up and moved out, I love helping people create a plan so they can move onto the next chapter of their lives. It is so exciting to watch people achieve their dreams and it is very inspirational to be part of that experience. It is why I love what I do as a Real Estate Broker. 1) What advice would you give a buyer trying to purchase a home?
Just like building a house, you must start off with a foundation. The foundation in buying a home are your personal finances. You must start with talking to a lender to determine if you qualify for a loan to purchase a home. You also need some cash in the bank for closing costs. Often times first time Buyers who use Veteran loans don't understand you need cash to close on a home. Just because you have 100% financing with a VA loan, does not mean you can buyer your closing costs into the loan. It simply does not work that way, so you need about 3% of the purchase price in cash to have available to close on a loan when Buying a home.
2) What advice would you give a seller trying to sell their home?
There are three things you must do to sell your home for the most dollar: 1) Stage it to sell; homes that are staged sell 85% faster than unstaged homes. 2) Price the home based on the location, current market value and recently sold properties 3) Work together with your agent. Together we create a plan for you to sell your home, and I will guide you every step of the way.

5) How did you get started in Real Estate?
For over 22 years, I watched the real estate market so I was always intrigued by real estate. When it was time to return to the workforce rather than going back to the corporate life, I decided to get my license in New Hampshire and practice sell/buying Real Estate. I realized shortly after that I had a passion for it, and wanted to share what I know about the market so I decided to pursue my license in Massachusetts to broaden my scope of services in the area.
6) Do you have any special education or training that will benefit your clients?
Master's in Education so I love to educate my clients about Selling and Buying Real Estate. Bachelor's of Science in Business so I understand the financial aspect of real estate investments, four professional designations so I can better support my clients when it comes to Selling or Buying Residential Real Estate.
