Very rarely do I take the time to write reviews, but Chris (Farley) Scheffler absolutely deserves one. Selling a home is one of the most stressful things we've ever done, and even if you've been through it before, it's never easy. From day one, Chris made the entire process feel manageable. If you ever talk to him on the phone, you'll quickly understand the "Farley" nicknameaEUR""Tommy wants wingy!" You would swear your speaking with him. What sets Chris apart is how he treats his clients. I honestly can't count the number of times he talked me off the ledge when I was stressing over something. His communication is outstanding, he's incredibly responsive, and he has this calm, laid-back confidence that makes you believe everything is going to work outaEUR"and somehow, it always does (that might even be a direct quote). No matter what obstacle came up, Chris seemed to have a solution. Chris is a great Realtor; he's someone you genuinely want in your corner during one of life's biggest transactions. We couldn't be more grateful that we chose him to represent us, and I would recommend Chris Scheffler to anyone buying or selling a home. You won't find a better person/ realtor.
