Real Broker

Wow! I recently had the pleasure of working with Brody on a transaction for some of our shared buyers on Albatross, and he was truly great to work with! His communication throughout the entire process was quick, clear, and consistent, and he was always friendly and happy to help whenever I needed something on the lending side. He made the transaction easy and enjoyable from start to finish. I would absolutely recommend Brody to anyone looking to buy or sell a home in the San Diego area!

We had an outstanding experience working with Brody Trotter as our realtor. From the very beginning, he was attentive, responsive, and truly took the time to understand our needs and what we were looking for in a home. Brody was instrumental in helping us secure our new place and consistently went above and beyond throughout the entire process. He made what could have been a stressful experience feel smooth and manageable, always keeping us informed and looking out for our best interests. What really sets Brody apart is that his commitment didn't end at closing. Even after the sale, he has continued to check in with us to make sure we're comfortable, settling in well, and have everything we need in our new home. If you're looking for a knowledgeable, dedicated, and genuinely caring realtor, we highly recommend Brody Trotter. We couldn't be happier with our experience and are incredibly grateful for all of his help. Thank you, Brody, for helping us find and transition into our new home! you are part of our family now and we look forward to doing this all over again with you someday!

We were thrilled with Arianna and her team. They made a stressful process about as seamless and stress free as possible. More importantly they sold our house in only 4 days, with a full price cash offer! Highly recommend.

Brody is my go-to for anything Ocean Beach or Point Loma real estate. He genuinely knows this market and this community, always shares helpful, straight-up insight, and clearly puts people over transactions. Even before doing a deal, he's the real estate advisor I trust and recommend for OB and Point Loma.

Arianna and her team made our home selling experience a wonderful one. We hired them because they sold our neighbors house in eight days and we were hoping for the same result. Our home was in escrow in just four days with multiple offers and we were blown away by what a seamless experience it was. They are very knowledgeable about the area. We cannot recommend them enough!
