ZillowVERIFIED Elizabeth has gone above and beyond when it came to purchasing our first home! She was patient as we were looking and then needed to stop for awhile. She never made us feel pressured, and always supported our timeline. When it came time for us to buy a home she would communicate where we were at in the process, and explained everything to us, even when she was on vacation! She made the process feel effortless! The lender and selling realtor also reached out to us personally to let us know how wonderful it was working with Elizabeth. When the selling realtor came to pick up the lock box he said ?if everyone was as friendly and communicative as Elizabeth it would make my job a whole lot easier?. Elizabeth helped my husband and I purchase our first home in Moorpark CA and let me tell you, if house buying weren?t stressful enough, we have two kids that we would need to find a sitter for or have tag along with us for showings but Elizabeth was always so respectful of that and would even utilize those days to show us either one house (knowing the kids had to tag along) or multiple when without the kids! We loved that it was within her thoughtful nature to go out of her way to meet our needs. On top of that and being first time buyers, we also needed closing costs to be paid so we had enough left to furnish and be comfortable. It stressed my husband and I out a bit knowing that we would look a little less ?desirable? as buyers but of course, Elizabeth took the reins and not only found us our perfect 4 bedroom home with closing costs paid...we also purchased our first home for under asking price and gained instant equity! My husband and I were constantly impressed by her professionalism and knowledge. We had a few repairs and maintenance that needed to be done in the home that almost became a bit of a $$ culture shock, but thanks to Elizabeth?s negotiating skills and knowledge in this field, we were able to negotiate the repairs to be done prior to closing! She was flexible and prompt with scheduling and connecting with us via text/phone about our constant questions and concerns (on a daily basis). And she was always on top of new docs/signing and would send us a text as a heads up when we were to expect an update or something needed to be completed. She was so transparent and on top of the entire process that we were able to close early! I wouldn?t hesitate to use Elizabeth again in the future and I highly recommend her! You won?t be disappointed!

She is incredibly knowledgeable and extremely flexible. She was always available to show us a home or answer questions (and believe me we had a lot) at the drop of the hat. Since this was our first home purchase, we were very overwhelmed. But, Elizabeth made it so easy and carefully walked us through each step of the process.
