Phenomenal experience with Nancy!. She so helpful and professional. She advised me on what she thought I should do to make my house more appealing to buyers without spending a lot of money. She assisted with staging my house, recommended a painter to spruce up a couple rooms and steered me in replacing some really outdated carpeting. She priced my house right and we sold the first weekend with multiple offers significantly over asking price. She also helped me negotiate the purchase of my new home and was there every step of the way. I highly recommend her!
