I cannot say enough good things about Daniel. My brother and I hired him to sell my mothers condo, which was owned by her estate. Daniel made the entire process simple ~ from helping us stage it nicely, obtaining lovely site photos, determining the perfect listing price based on comps, condo condition, etc. and moreover, keeping us up to date the entire way through. This listing had the additional challenge of my brother, the condo and Daniel being in Michigan with me being in Houston. He handled the additional administrative requirements due to my local with ease. The entire process was easy and was completed much quicker than I had anticipated. Lastly, Daniel is very professional (all Ts crossed and Is dotted), but more importantly, he is kind, empathetic and a great listener. He knows customer service!! Thanks again Daniel!!
