ZillowVERIFIED Nancy helped us navigate the process of buying a house in early 2022, when the housing market was very competitive. Nancy and her assistant Lisa were super helpful and very responsive to our text and call. They always said yes to me when I wanted to see a house, even at the last minute. One time she was not available to accommodate me, she would ask her connection to come with me instead. Nancy gave honest feedbacks for the houses we look at, such as location, value, so we would only make offer for those that were worth it. When we were making offer, she would be quite neutral and listened to our rationale, and sometimes offered some solutions to make our offer stand out more, such as a letter to the seller or time of occupancy. Once our offer was accepted, she worked closely with us to make sure the inspection was scheduled quickly. She and her team made the closing process quite smooth as well. And they also sent us a housewarming gift basket! Nancy and her team were truly professional yet they put personal warming touches to the process and make us feel understood and less intimidated by this whole process. We would highly recommend her team for our friends.

At that time, Nancy not only demonstrated expertise in preparing and staging the home for listing, as well as the temperament of the market at that time, but she also demonstrated her experience by leveraging her contacts to make the showing process as smooth for us as possible. We had requests for over 20 showings within the first day and a half after listing our home, and Nancy ensured that was the least disruptive for us possible. After setting a deadline for offers, Nancy helped us navigate approximately 16 offers to choose the best one for us, and we ended up successfully selling our home for far over the listing price. We had such a good experience with Nancy that we contacted her again in 2022 to help us buy a home when we relocated back to the area. Nancy took the time to get to know what we were looking for, and she proved to be incredibly responsive, making time for us in the evening, on the weekends, or any time that we needed, based on our schedule. We never felt like we couldnt reach her or get our concerns addressed. She made sure to walk my dad and I through all the necessary paperwork and online tools. Nancy was patient, always available, addressed any concerns or questions we had promptly and thoroughly, and was always willing to reach out to other agents/contractors/etc. on our behalf. For our purchase of a new home, Nancy took us through at least a dozen listings over a number of months (we were in no hurry to move and were looking for something very specific). She sent us emails with properties that matched our criteria so we would be among the first to know of new listings. She also never complained that we often wanted to see properties at the last minute or could only see properties on evenings and weekends. No, she was always there ready to assist us with a great attitude and a wealth of knowledge. When we finally found *the one* Nancy helped us to craft an offer that could not be refused despite our limited budget. She also personally knows pretty much every real estate agent in the area - this helped immensely for both buying and selling as she could have casual chats with other agents to find out more information about what their clients were looking for or how we could reach an agreement. For the house we sold, Nancy brought in a home staging expert who took our house up to the next level! It was GORGEOUS when Tara left! Nancy then brought in a professional photographer who did an amazing job. Nancy worked with us to determine the correct listing price and we received multiple offers at or over asking within days of listing. From that point, Nancy dug deep by looking into the agents and banks the potential buyers were working with and advised us on who she believed would be the most solid choice. Everything worked out so incredibly well and we sold our house without issue. I am an attorney and I considered selling our home by owner to save on commission costs, but I am so glad I hired Nancy instead. Between the staging, photography, and her countless hours of work on our behalf, Nancy got us an offer that more than paid for her modest commission. She makes you feel like her only client even though she?s by far THE BEST real estate agent in this area. I cannot recommend Nancy highly enough.
