This listing had the additional challenge of my brother, the condo and Daniel being in Michigan with me being in Houston. He was highly involved with the negotiations and through the inspection process. After he did such a good job we gave him the listing for selling our old home and he sold it above asking in 3 days! We had some stressful instances due to the buyer and buyers agent and Daniel navigated it all carefully and continued to do what was best for us.
