From beginning to end, working with Beth has been a pleasure. Her communication and follow up/follow thru were excellent. Her knowledge of the area/communities in addition to her Real Estate experience was a tremendous help in choosing the right property to meet my needs. Also, she greatly assisted with the other aspects of the transaction - including HOA, inspections, and knowledge of service providers and observer to details (which was a huge help as I was not physically present). Whether you are buying, selling, or looking to rent your property, I would choose Beth every time!

Working with Beth Palacio was an outstanding experience from start to finish. She is experienced, professional, and has an exceptional knowledge of the local market. Throughout the entire process, she worked tirelessly on my behalf, keeping me informed, answering all of my questions, and providing sound advice every step of the way. Her dedication, strong work ethic, and attention to detail made what could have been a stressful experience feel smooth and manageable. I always felt that she had my best interests at heart and was committed to achieving the best possible outcome. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, hardworking, and trustworthy real estate professional.

Beth was wonderful helping me recently sell my step mothers condo. She is professional, knowledgeable, and personable. She has helped me with 3 homes now and I trust her completely.

We are so happy with Beth Palacio! From the start she has been very professional with a deep knowledge and understanding of the market. She was always available, at anytime of the day. When we had an issue with the Air Conditioning preventing us from closing she personally went to the apartment and troubleshoot the issue getting us back on track for closing! We will definitely use her in the future for our Real Estate needs. Keep up the good work Beth!
