ZillowVERIFIED We are so happy with Beth Palacio! From the start she has been very professional with a deep knowledge and understanding of the market. She was always available, at anytime of the day. When we had an issue with the Air Conditioning preventing us from closing she personally went to the apartment and troubleshoot the issue getting us back on track for closing! We will definitely use her in the future for our Real Estate needs. Keep up the good work Beth!

ZillowVERIFIED From beginning to end, working with Beth has been a pleasure. Her communication and follow up/follow thru were excellent. Her knowledge of the area/communities in addition to her Real Estate experience was a tremendous help in choosing the right property to meet my needs. Also, she greatly assisted with the other aspects of the transaction - including HOA, inspections, and knowledge of service providers and observer to details (which was a huge help as I was not physically present). Whether you are buying, selling, or looking to rent your property, I would choose Beth every time!

ZillowVERIFIED Beth was wonderful to work with. I was living in Virginia and started my search 2 weeks out. Inventory in Jupiter is very fast to rent and every time I called a local realtor to check on a place they could/would not help me with my timeframe. Beth after taking the time to know me, allowed me time to see a condo when I arrived in FL. Of course the condo was very nice and I agreed to rent that day I saw it. She also was very available to help me through the leasing process which speaks volumes when you are doing a major move, with a new job! Beth was acceptional and I recommend working with her on your next home highly!!

ZillowVERIFIED My wife and I were searching for a place to stay in Jupiter, FL and we contacted several agents. Of all of the agents we contacted, Beth was the most prompt, caring and knowledgeable. She went above and beyond by showing us a property on a Sunday and ensured that all the details were in place for a quick move in. She answered all of our questions, answered or returned all of our calls, and showed a genuine interest in helping my wife and I find a perfect place to stay! I would highly recommend her to anyone! She is the best!

ZillowVERIFIED I am so grateful that I came across Beth. She has been an invaluable asset to me while I'm going thru a transitional time in my life. She has been proactive and resourceful in helping me find the perfect place (twice now). She will treat you as though you are her only client and you can have peace of mind knowing she is doing everything she can to get you into the exact place you want. She will truly make your experience as stress-free as possible. You can just say "I want that one" and then sit back and she will make it happen. I can't say enough great things about her.

ZillowVERIFIED I couldn't have asked for a better realtor! Beth spent countless with me hours over the phone before even meeting me in person. We were relocating from Houston, Texas to Florida. Beth placed us in 3 rentals (as we were not sure what area we wanted to be in.) All, before we even purchased our dream home. We have 3 small children, and Beth went above and beyond researching present and future school districts for me. I can only imagine the amount of mls listings she printed while working with us. I could go on and on! My best experience with a realtor!

ZillowVERIFIED Beth Palacio made it possible for us to have the best possible experience buying our first home. Beth genuinely guided us in the right direction. She was extremely patient considering we had a million questions as first time homebuyers. Beth helped us review a good amount of properties and she was upfront in disclosing the pros and possible cons of particular properties. After looking at several houses, Beth helped us close on the one we wanted and, I cant emphasize enough, she was very helpful the entire process. Beth is professional, extremely responsive, knowledgeable, thorough, and a great person to work with. It was a pleasure working with her! We cant thank her enough for making this such a smooth transaction!

ZillowVERIFIED My husband and I are moving from Newfoundland, Canada to Jupiter, FL at the end of September with our two large dogs and Beth helped us find a pet-friendly rental! She was extremely helpful and timely in responding to our emails and provided us with lots of great advice. She would even swing by the property and take additional pictures/videos if there weren't many attached to the listing as we could not view ourselves, being in another country. We will be looking to buy a home next year, once we are more familiar with the area, and will definitely be seeking out Beth's services again. Great realtor, great experience! Extremely professional and will give you her honest opinion. Cannot recommend her highly enough :)

ZillowVERIFIED To Whom it May Concern, It is with pleasure and gratitude that I share my comments on my experience with Beth Palacio in the purchase of my first home. While I had heard that home buying was going to be difficult, I encountered an extreme level of excellence and professionalism. The experience at each phase of the sales effort was superior, such as innovative efforts in walking me through the approval process, useful insights on my preferred locations of interest, effective showings and proactive facilitation during the sale negotiations/due diligence. All of these tasks, whether business-related or interpersonal, were accomplished with a noticeable degree of competence, humility, integrity and grace. Thus, I highly recommend Beth Palacio for residential real estate needs. Sincerely, Ila de la Vega
