He was very flexible in meeting our schedules and arranging showing us houses. Once at a house, he politely remained on the sidelines as my fiance and I toured the houses. Karim was there to answer questions, and those he didn?t readily have an answer for, he took the time to find out. When we found ?the? house, Karim helped make the process of purchasing it as stress free as it could get. Buying a house can get complicated. Karim stayed on top of everything, ensuring that everything that was needed to finalize the sale did happen. He was always there for us.

ZillowVERIFIED I have been working with realtors my whole life and have a lot of experience with realtors and Karim is hands down one of the best realtors I've ever worked with!! So good that he'll be the only realtor we work with in the future. He is very knowledgeable and responds in a timely manner which is very big for me. Karim just helped my husband and I rent a beautiful townhouse! We were unsuccessfully looking on our own for months until my coworker referred Karim to us. Best decision ever! We were able to get the home in weeks and he negotiated a great deal for us based off of the comps in the area (very important). Don't think twice, this is the realtor to call!

ZillowVERIFIED Karim is hands down the best realtor. He took all the stress of finding a home away and made the process smooth sailing. We were moving out of state and only had 3 days to find housing he set up all the showings for when we arrived in town and was easy going helpful and friendly. We chose a place then changed our minds picked a move in date less then a week's notice he got us in and made it happen. He was only a text or call away whenever I needed him. There was not a lot to work with in our price range but he made it so we had choices and never pressured us into spending more once. I currently am renting but when I buy it know who to talk to!
