Paramount Real Estate Group, LLC

I cannot recommend Ledeana Strand and her team at Homes By Strand highly enough! To say that Ledeana went above and beyond is an understatement. Moving to a completely new state after 60+ years is a massive undertaking, but Ledeana made the entire process seamless and stress-free. Her dedication and passion are unmatchedaEUR"even when she was on vacation, she made herself available at all times to support us. We truly felt she was looking out for our best interest at every step. She went above and beyond by finding us our perfect new dream home as well as connecting us with an amazing realtor to sell our previous home. Thanks to that perfect referral, both transactions went smoothly. Her commitment to her clients is truly top-tier. If you are looking to relocate, purchase or sell a home, you need Ledeana in your corner!

Taylor was great! He was extremely helpful and always quick to get back to me or answer a question. He was there for the whole process and was quick to point out any issues in homes we looked at. All in all he was a great agent and I would highly recommend him to anyone searching for a new home!

Daniel was awesome, he was able to get us a really good deal in a very competitive market. Not to mention he was very knowledgeable and helped us to understand the ins and outs of the home ownership process. 10/10 definitely recommend.

Lianne immediately knew how to market and feature our property to highlight it's most prominent assets. She created vision for what it could be as a raw piece of land. It was under contract with an offer within 21 days of listing. The property had many unique development discovery needs and a feasibility study that was full of unexpected curve balls. Her professionalism, expert advice, and consistent can-do communication helped us close on the sale. I highly recommend Lianne for any buy or sell situation.

We couldnt be happier with our experience with Daniel! He is positive and knowledgeable, determined and responsive. He enthusiastically hunted with and for us until we found the perfect house. Daniel was more than happy to find the answer to any question and ensure we were totally satisfied. I would recommend him to anyone and cant wait to work with him again in the future.
