I also really appreciated the fact that she was willing to put on her muck boots and tromp through the woods to help us find property lines at every home we viewed! She was so kind to our family, she treated us as if we were family. ZillowVERIFIED I did a lot of research when choosing my agent and Elaine's reviews were STELLAR. When other agents didn't answer my call, she picked up immediately. In hindsight, I'm so thankful the others didn't answer. I worked with Elaine to buy our home out of state and she's the best. Buying a home was insanely stressful so I'll try to remember/note everything I love about her: She is clearly experienced in real estate and she was very helpful during the entire process. She's able to comment on the area, traffic patterns, and address work commute concerns. She told me things that were needed for closing as a military spouse because she is truly that knowledgeable. Even my lender failed to mention some of it! Those missing requirements could really make or break the sale! We did virtual walkthroughs of the properties we were interested in and she showed us EVERYTHING as if I was walking right beside her. She is amazing at negotiation and we couldn't have gotten this home without her. I asked her to be super honest about the condition of the homes since I can't be there in person to see them with her. She did exactly that! Elaine is extremely thorough with everything she does and she responds asap when I need her help. She wrote our offers quickly and got them submitted in time for us to get our home! This housing market can be extremely competitive so time is of the essence here! I don't like bothering people on the weekend but she didn't mind at all. Sometimes we needed to tackle tasks on the weekend and when everyone else was closed, she was there! I knew nothing about buying a house and she was there every step of the way. When I didn't know what to say about our inspection or seller counteroffers, she guided me through that and gave her suggestions to help me straighten it all out. Special shoutout to Terri Willette (transaction coordinator) as well! I didn't have to interact with her too much but the emails she sent me were sooo organized. She outlined the utilities info and closing steps which helped me a bunch in the end! I could go on about these two forever so I'll stop here, but like I told Elaine, her reviews did not lie. She absolutely is as amazing as everyone says! THANK YOU SO SO SO MUCH. I'd keep her a secret if I could so I can have her all to myself!
