ZillowVERIFIED My wife and I met James through a trusted friend, and James was a trusted friend of our friend, so I immediately felt good about using him as our Real Estate Agent and trusted him with our home. Our first meeting with James, he told my wife and I that our kitchen looked dated, and would likely bring in more money if we updated it. I hated hearing it, but it was true. He obtained a quote for new flooring, and because of 'his' contacts, the installation of the flooring happened very quickly. We installed a new range, exhaust hood, and a refrigerator, and our kitchen looked stellar. Since we had moved out, and the home was empty, James recommended we pay for staging so our home could be seen with furniture. We did this too, and the pictures that were taken at this point, really showcased our home. He then strategically priced our house below what its true value was to increase interests. We had 5 legitimate offers in 48 hours. Of these, all five were above our asking price. The offer we accepted required us to replace some siding, and James had personnel that were able to knock out this work within 48 hours. James guided my wife and I expertly through the process, and was able to easily work with us throughout to ensure that we understood what we needed to do, to push along towards the closing. There were a few hurdles, but those are to be expected. I will keep James in mind if, and when, I need a real estate agent who is thorough, timely, and available to answer my questions. Thank you to James, and Windermere for making this process quick and painless.
