Pacific Coast Real Estate

Stacie was so understanding and took a difficult situation and made it smooth sailing. I would never use anyone other than her for my property needs. She is the sweetest person but more importantly a very proactive quick thinking assertive advocate. I enjoyed working with her very much.

Sadena and Shannon are amazing. They worked with us diligently which was a little challenging since we currently live in Arizona but we found the perfect property to build our dream home on. I can't thank them enough for their dedication and hard work in this process.

Stacie Rudolfs did an amazing job in selling our home in a very slow market. Her photographer did an amazing job in presenting our home's best assets. Stacie now only knows how to present your property in the best light but she does a good job standing up for and protecting her clients' best interests. She respects your opinion and listens very well. She never puts pressure on you but will offer advice on what to do in every market environment. She lets you be in charge even when she knows more than you do. She is never pushy but she is direct and honest. We were selling in an extreme buyers market. But she got the job done! I recommend her. We thank God that we found her.

Stacie did great helping my husband and I move from state to state. It was a lot to deal with, but Stacie kept us informed and helped us every step of the way selling our home in Oregon. Shes so sweet and so easy to talk to. We would definitely recommend her to everyone.

We really struck gold when Stacie responded to our need to find a house. First, honesty and trust really matters with an important life event like buying a home. This was established from the get-go. Her estimation and insights of every situation was spot on. Any potential glitches were managed and the entire transaction went smoothly. In the end, she truly represented us in finding a unique home in a desirable neighborhood. An overall excellent experience. Whats more, she is a kind and optimistic person to work with. Thank you!
