ZillowVERIFIED We were living in Washington State while having our house on the market and hoping to buy a home on the Southern Coast of Oregon. The circumstances of our situation were challenging so doing some research on Realtors we came across this young man named Levi Rider. We knew that in order for this to happen we had to make a trip down to Coos Bay and look Levi up and start building a trusting relationship with him. So we started our journey in July 2025 and met up with Levi. We were impressed with this young enthusiastic and knowledgeable young man. He showed us several properties and once showed us a property on short notice juggling his busy schedule in order to meet our needs. We eventually found a home in North Bend that met our priorities/needs and Levi helped us navigate through the negotiation process resulting in a price within our budget. Levi is very friendly, patient and listens attentively to your concerns and vision of the house you are looking for and we are very grateful for his guidance during this time. We are now proud permanent residents of Oregon thanks to Levi! His prompt responsiveness and care was key to making it all come together in the end! We highly recommend Levi Rider!

ZillowVERIFIED Levi Rider sold a house for me back in 2024 and did a great job....so when I had another to sell, there was no doubt who I would be calling. Again, he was quick to respond, offered guidance and kept me informed all along the way. It was a great experience and the house was sold in 30 days. Highly recommend Levi if you are buying or selling!

ZillowVERIFIED We were very lucky to have Levi as our realtor! We did a whirlwind tour of 11 properties in one day. We were moving from out of town and were on a limited time schedule. Levi worked hard to get us into as many properties as we wanted that day. Working with Levi was a breeze and his honesty was greatly appreciated. Thanks to Levi we are happy in our first home!

ZillowVERIFIED We live out of state and looking to buy a 2nd home, so things were challenging from the start. First, I decided I needed to develop a trusting relationship, going both ways with a local realtor. Levi was my first contact. He responded quickly and met us at one of his properties during our first visit to town. I needed an agent, I could trust, with good knowledge of the market and responsive. As it played out, leading to the purchase of a property, Levi well exceeded my expectations in all areas mentioned. He invested in our efforts, even though it was a long shot we might find something. He never steered us to his listed properties, but focused on our priorities and needs as we worked through opportunities over a month or so. We did find a property that checked off all of our boxes and Levi helped us put together the right offer to close the deal. Trust was essential and that became critical at the end. I depended on his knowledge of the market and learned as well. His responsiveness was key to making it all come together in the end. I feel very fortunate to have found Levi and would highly recommend him to all.

ZillowVERIFIED My wife, Maria and myself had been hunting around for a place for several months, other agents we encountered were all friendly but they didn't seem hear me when i voiced my wants and needs., and honestly seemed to busy for us. "Call if you see something you like." they said as they dashed away to a childs school meeting, lunch date.... Levi listened and even focused on my hunt, then made the purchase easy.

From our initial consultation to the final closing, Levi was always available to answer my questions, provide guidance, and offer valuable insights that helped me navigate the complex home-buying process. Their extensive knowledge of the local market and keen eye for detail made all the difference in finding the perfect property that met my needs and exceeded my expectations. They took the time to understand my unique requirements, preferences, and concerns, and worked tirelessly to ensure that every aspect of the transaction was handled with care and professionalism. Throughout the entire experience, Levi demonstrated a level of integrity, transparency, and dedication that is rare in the real estate industry. They were always honest and upfront about the pros and cons of each property, and never pushed me to make a decision that didn't feel right. ZillowVERIFIED We needed to sell my mothers house and we do not live in the area. After asking around it wasnt long before Levis name came up as an honest reputable realtor. After reaching out to him he jumped in and immediately moved things forward. The interest rates during our sell time became elevated and slowed the market. Levi never missed a beat and was able to find a buyer. He was a great liaison between us and the buyer during the closing of the sale. If you have the chance to have Levi as your relator, you will be impressed with the results.

ZillowVERIFIED I have known Levi for 5 years now. He has found me 2 homes now and has sold 2 more homes for me. When we were looking for homes on the Oregon coast I thought that we would be better off with an older realtor, boy was I wrong!!! Dont let looks deceive you! Levi knows what hes doing. He has been the best realtor we have ever had! You will be doing yourself a huge disservice if you dont at least talk to Levi Rider and see what he can do for you.

ZillowVERIFIED Working with Levi was a true pleasure. He figured out our needs right away and kept our home search on track through out the process. He was always available for questions. If he didn't have the answer he wouldn't just give us a line of nonsense but take the time to get the appropriate answers. We also used him to sell our previous property without a hitch. I've had poor experiences with agents in the past. It was reassuring experience.

ZillowVERIFIED Levi Rider is not a realtor, hes a protective family member making sure you buy the right home for you. What we found odd is that hes young enough to be our child but made sure we found the best home for us. Old soul and knows his stuff, he can walk into a house and know what is good and bad and wouldnt let us overpay. We bought a house two weeks ago and its already worth more than what we paid for it. We will never buy a house without him!!!

Super knowledgeable, he had answers to every question I had and if he didn't he got back to me within minutes with answers. Great communication! I could call him any time any day. The biggest thing that stood out to me was his honesty. During showings he'd point out flaws with the house, where other realtors would turn their head.
