Would not recommend. Terrible service. Robert stopped responding after hooking us into a hard credit check inquiry. We initially asked if the landlord he was representing would accept certain terms on a lease, only for Robert to later say she wouldn't after we had already viewed the property. If we would've been told this from the start, we wouldn't have wasted their time or ours. He then said that she would likely consider the terms if she saw how strong tenants we would be so we applied in good faith and to show we were serious. He then said she still wouldn't accept the terms. I dont think he presented the terms of our lease. To me it seemed like he was trying to show the landlord that he was getting her potential tenant candidates without considering the damage to our credit inquiry history. The least any realtor could do is own up to their mistake. The property is still on the market 6 weeks later.

Larry and Lisa have done an exceptional job, from beginning to end. We would highly recommend Larry and Lisa for their expertise and knowledge. They were so helpful and answered all of our questions, always there for us. this was truly a wonderful experience working with Team Peterson, Larry and LIsa.
