ZillowVERIFIED I was referred to Larry from my daughter who purchased her home with him a few years ago. When I decided to sell my home (2022) and purchase another property, I called him. Larry was always available for house tours and was a responsive to all of my needs and request (he coaxed me off the ledge a few time). While I received multiple offers on my home and placed offer on others it was a nerve-racking process. Just when I was about to give up Larry placed a few phone calls, and EVERYTHING fell into place. Fast forward to 2023 - Life happened and I was looking to sell the property I just purchased 10 months prior. I called Larry right away knowing he would not steer me wrong. We were moving up from South Carolina and had a very small window to make everything work from a distance. Larry worked tirelessly to find us a house with everything we needed in the school district we wanted to be in. He visited dozens of houses and sent videos and pictures with great detail. To say Larry went the extra mile is an understatement, but that was not the best of it, hearing Larry negotiate with the sellers agent (who had multiple offers) made me realize we made the right choice, his professionalism and knowledge shone through!
