His years of experience showed when he described his approach to setting a listing price in this market and it worked. The professional photographer he uses made our house look more beautiful than we even realized. John was also very helpful with comparing and contrasting the different offers we received on our home to choose what terms were best. Through the inspection and attorney review period, John provided guidance from his experience as well as contractors and lawyers if they were needed. John essentially sold our home 3 times as the first 2 buyers deals fell through prior to closing. Last month, we finally found an even better buyer and offer that John saw through to the end. From the first day we met Justin, we felt he was very professional and personable. Before choosing a real estate agent, I conducted a lot of research to see who would be the best choice based on the investment they make into finding the right property (time and effort, not necessarily financially) and how they promote their listings. Justin Kelly stood out as the best Mantua, NJ has to offer: their rankings are excellent (meaning people find listings on his site easily), their social media presence was strong, and I could tell they put a lot of work into their listings. We spoke with Justin and then met with him at our home. He spent hours answering our questions, providing objective data regarding how many homes they sell/find, how long their listings typically stay on the market, and providing tons of info on comps in the area. Justin made the process incredibly easy and took extra steps many other Realtors don't (but should). His hard work and knowledge of what it takes to find a home really paid off.
