This was our first time buying home, to be honest, I feel like we really lucked out, too. Mike was more than honest and tried to tailor the home visits or links to my needs. I was very picky, too. I wanted an Older classic home with lots of land under 200,000 and liveable with greats schools... We found just that. He not only answered my nerve racked inquiries at 10pm at night on a Saturday but also said what needed to be said to keep me focused. He had constant suggestions for local inspectors, lenders and title places. H3 knew the market and was definitely on our side. We ended paying less than it appraised for- equity already made in the sale!!! Once he even met us only minutes after a personal doc appt.
