Speaking as a first-time homebuyer, Joe was an extremely helpful and informative realtor to work with during my homebuying process! My partner and I were looking for a home in the fall and winter of 2021, which was a very difficult time for buyers, and Joe took that into account when giving us advice and helping us prepare bids and offers. He advised us on how to craft our bids to be as enticing a possible to sellers and stand out amongst a very crowded field of buyers. In the end, we found a listing for an ideal home that slipped through the cracks for various reasons and then experienced a price drop, and Joe recognized the incredible and rare opportunity it represented in the current market, and help us finally win that bid! It was also clear from my first interactions with Joe that he puts a high priority on protecting his clients and explaining all the ways to stay safe and avoid liabilities. He made sure to explain how the real estate laws of Maryland can be used to the buyer's advantage. Joe cares a lot about his clients, and he always took care of us. I also have to mention how communicative Joe is, always responding very quickly to messages and questions, even sometimes when sent at night and I was not expecting a response until the next day.
