My wife and I were looking to buy our first home and started working with Jeanne based on a friends recommendation. Being our first time buying, with our busy work schedule and an infant in tow we wanted someone who was knowledgeable, flexible and made the home buying process aEUR~fun. We are so glad we worked with Jeanne. Her market knowledge, inventory, negotiation and transaction management skills are very good. She carefully listened to our wish list and carved a good selection of properties which met our criteria. Our interactions were aEUR~no pressure and she answered a range of our questions. She shared her deep insights and presented the comps and her views to help us shortlist the right properties. In spite of our offer not being the highest, her reputation as an honest realtor helped us get through with the sellers and the selling agent. I assumed with the offer finalized the role of realtor was complete, only to realize that getting the offer through is just 20% of the process. All in all, in this complicated and often stressful home buying process you need someone like Jeanne to be on your side!

It is our immense pleasure to recommend Jeanne as a real estate agent for any individual or family searching for the ideal home for their unique situation. Though, due to some personal reasons we did not proceed to buy a house at this time, but Jeanne put her utmost attention to our needs at the time we were looking.
