ZillowVERIFIED John was critical to the successful sale. Interacting with town officials to be certain all inspections were cleared and certificate of occupancy was issued in a timely fashion. He also coordinated with the buyers broker to be sure they had what the needed cleaned up on final walk thru. He stayed with the project til the closing was official.

ZillowVERIFIED For this senior, single homeowner making a first home sale, John was the perfect choice. Having regularly received Johns data analysis mailings of the real estate market in Warren, I knew he had a deeply studied knowledge of home values. When my time to move arrived, I read his numerous client reviews as well. Now, post home closing, I can heartily verify the excellence expressed is definitely not overstated. Although visitors to my home regularly made positive comments, John aEUR~s recommendations for bringing it to market readiness yielded most welcome results. Contracts came in quickly from the well-attended Open House. In 2025s turbulent market, Johns extensive expertise and professional demeanor quickly gained my confidence. His willingness to help with the smallest details, thorough explanations of every step of the process, and quick response to my calls, confirmed throughout that I could not have made a better choice for a realtor.

ZillowVERIFIED John was my realtor for sale of my house in warren. I couldnt have asked for a better representative. Simply Selling a house is not what a great realtor does. It also requires promptness,, patience and experience in the applicable market. A good realtor like John can advise on repair contractors if needed, movers and other service assistance. And of course , it requires someone who is a good go between with the other realtor. John did it all. He was always available when I called. He would meet personally whenever needed. And if I had a question, he either knew the answer or researched it for me. If you are thinking of selling or buying. John and his team are really thr best choice by far . I am positive he wont disappoint you!

ZillowVERIFIED Working with John Mangini [NextHome Premier] was truly a game-changer for our home-selling experience. His impressive background in engineering provided a unique edge, especially when it came to evaluating the structural integrity of properties and identifying areas for improvement before listing the property. He organized handymen for touch jobs. His analytical skills and data-driven market analysis were second to none, helping us price our property competitively and navigate market trends with confidence. What truly made John Mangini stand out was his dedication and willingness to go above and beyond. He not only provided expert advice but personally assisted with cleaning and hauling items to prepare our property for showings/ after close out. This level of care and investment is rare and speaks volumes about this commitment to their clients' success. His clear, data-backed communication and strategic approach made the entire process smooth and stress-free. ZillowVERIFIED John did an excellent analysis of the market and suggested a strong pricing strategy. Open house foot traffic was excellent and multiple offers were quickly received, at and above asking price. He helped facilitate selling furnishings and a rental agreement so we could remain in the house after closing. He always replied promptly to my requests for info and clearly communicated what I should expect from the process (when to be out of the house or available for the lawyer). I definitely recommend him to others.

ZillowVERIFIED John's extensive market knowledge, both of the selling and rental landscapes provided me with the insights needed to make informed decisions about my property. His practical approach was particularly valuable. He didnt just list my options; he delved into detailed analyses, presenting scenarios for selling outright, renting, and even a rent-to-sell strategy. His expertise shone through as he explained the potential returns and market dynamics associated with each option. In an industry where agents might prioritize their commission over client needs, John stood out by focusing on what was best for me and my property. He was upfront about the pros and cons of each decision, especially in screening potential renters. John has a keen eye for detail and a knack for problem-solving, qualities that were crucial in managing the complexities of tenant selection. John truly functioned as a trusted real estate "consultant," offering practical recommendations and genuine care for my best interests. I would highly recommend John to anyone looking to navigate the complexities of the real estate market with a reliable, expert, and honest partner at their side.

ZillowVERIFIED We worked with John in late 2023/early 2024 to sell our home and would highly recommend him as a realtor. He is very knowledgeable of the local market, dedicated and was always very responsive anytime we reached out. We moved out of the area prior to listing our home and as remote sellers, it was especially important to us to have a realtor that we could trust with our home. John took care of many tasks on our behalf, including overseeing handyman repairs/maintenance and outdoor clean-up when a storm hit right before our first open house, among others. If we ever find ourselves back in the local market, John will be our first call.

ZillowVERIFIED John Mangini came highly recommended to me as I was about to sell my mom's house, the house I grew up in, so there was a strong emotional side to this. John is the most caring person. He scheduled open houses, followed every lead, reported back to me on all leads, since no one was living in the house he would always let me know how many showings were scheduled for the day. John stayed on top of everything. We were going to be away and John even kept an eye on the house. I would not hesitate to recommend John to anyone buying or selling. You would be in good hands! ZillowVERIFIED It has been a pleasure to work with John. He represented us as a buyers agent and helped us buy a house in a city where we knew nobody. He knows the local real estate market and gave us the right advice as needed. He never pressured us into doing something we were not ready for. John also responds really fast and overall he ensured our transaction was as smooth as it can possibly get. Even after the closing was completed, he still stays in touch and has been helping us settle into the new home. He gets a 5-star rating in all aspects!

ZillowVERIFIED We first met with John in late 2021 as we were about to make an offer on a new home out of state. He described the current local market, the process in general and his thoughts around selling as quickly as possible while still maximizing our offers. He gave us a lot of very specific directions for preparing our home for sale, most of which we followed closely. None of his suggestions were expensive, radical or excessive. We officially put our house on the market with an Open House. 34 parties came to the Open House, and within 48 hours we had SIX offers, all over asking price, one of them almost 10% over! John credits our hard work to prep the house, but we credit his expert guidance and excellent marketing skills. If you want to sell your house fast and get top dollar, John Mangini is the Realtor you want to hire!!

ZillowVERIFIED John was a pleasure to deal with and was always very patient with us. He guided us through the entire sales process with the his unmatched professionalism. He provided sound advice on the offering price and also assured us that our entry onto the market was not too late as my wife and I thought that November was too late to be going on the market. That proved not to be the case. John always made himself available to provide access into the house for the buyers' inspectors and in many other cases where vendors needed access into the house. Additionally, on numerous occasions when we had questions or needed John to come over, he made himself available immediately. My wife and I would highly recommend John as a broker when you might decide that the time has come for you to sell.

ZillowVERIFIED I don't write a review unless I feel they absolutely deserve it, John deserves it! He was amazing through the whole process of selling our house in Warren, NJ. We found John from fliers and decided to call him. John told us about the whole process, how to stage the house and what to expect during the open house. We put our house on the market and had our first offer two hours after the close which was 20k over the ask. From the open house to close it took twenty days! John took care of issues that arose during the walkthrough as we were out of state. That was our experience with John I can't tell you who to use but use him!!
