In the past 20 years I have been on both the buying and selling end multiple times in 4 different states, as I have moved around a bit for family reasons and career opportunities. In that time I have interviewed and chosen to work with several different realtors from different companies. Working with The Stone-Miller team to list and sell my house as well as find a rental property for my mother to live in (as I was moving out of state), was by far THE BEST experience I've ever had!!! Tommy is everything s prospective buyer needs to purchase a home. This was my first move in thirty seven years and needed a great deal of assistance and patience. He not only showed me homes I had seen on the internet but homes that would be up for sale in the near future. All homes were shown virtually to me (I'm in New York) but to my daughter who lives in the area of Rocky Mt. He was willing to search areas not close to Rocky Mt. but also right there. I purchased a townhouse and he was constantly in touch with them answering any and all questions I had as well as a few of his own. After the inspection was done I was not the only one to read it. He did also and let me know what he thought should be remediated immediately and what could wait for the future. He is fantastic! I recommend him highly and would have no problem letting friends know how exceptional he was.
