We weren't sure we were ready to buy only one year after we purchased our first home. But it kept coming up. We know Macey. Though she has recently completed her RA License, she's been in the RE industry for over 8 years and truly knows her stuff! So we called her and asked her to start a casual search for us since we really didn't know if we were ready... Macey was on it immediately! One week and three walk-throughs later, she found the house for us. She negotiated amazingly. She kept encouraging us that the right house would come along in the right time. She gave us contacts to get some competitive lending rates. We bought under asking and closed early! Macey then sold our other house over asking, and we closed early again! Both processes were incredibly smooth and easy. Thank God! Because moving is rough ?. Macey asked the RIGHT questions and was always on it! That was so important in this industry these days!
