We had the pleasure of meeting Mike during our first home-buying experience. Through months of narrowing down our wants and needs, viewing dozens of houses, and going through several "bidding wars", Mike continued to happily assist us with all of our requests. He would even take the time to look through new listings that fit our desires and send them to us. Through each experience, he taught us what to look for in a house, what can be improved upon at a later date, and how to not only focus on the visual aesthetics, but the pipes and hardware as well. He encouraged us to be involved with each home we were interested in, down to the specific comments of the inspectors and appraisals. Mike was honest, realistic, relatable, and trustworthy. He treated us like family instead of just a potential paycheck. He constantly reminded us that the right house would come, even if it took its time.. And he was right! He helped us find our dream home and made sure we didn't overpay. His sincere "no pressure" attitude made working with him comfortable and enjoyable, especially as clueless first time buyers. We reccomend anyone and everyone who wants a home buying EXPERIENCE (not just to buy a house) to use Mike! We know if we ever decide to move on from our new house that he will be the first person we call.
