Malazzia is an absolute powerhouse. We dragged her to probably 20 different houses, and she walked through every single one as if she were the one signing the mortgage...pointing out foundation issues and water damage that we completely missed in our excitement. ?Her real superpower, though, is her negotiation. When our seller 'went ghost' on our requests, she didn't blink. She was ready to terminate the contract with literally minutes to spare just to make sure we were protected. She ended up getting us more credit than we originally asked for, plus she got the seller to cover a major repair we thought we'd be stuck with.
