If youre looking for a dedicated and trustworthy realtor, I cant recommend Mario enough! He worked with me for close to a year and was incredibly patient throughout the entire process. He always had my best interests in mind and never made me feel rushed or pressured. When it came time to purchase my home, Mario went well above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly. His guidance, support, and attention to detail made a huge difference, and I truly felt taken care of every step of the way. Highly professional, reliable, and genuinely committed to his clients, I would absolutely recommend Mario to anyone looking to buy a home.

Mario was great to work with, we looked at about a dozen houses before I closed. He was very responsive and provided a lot of clarity as a first time buyer. Often would see a new house listed and next day we would go out and look at it. He provided valuable information regarding different houses we went to look at, it was nice to have someone experience who has a genuine interest in real-estate and what to look out for. He also has a lot of great reliable vendors from inspectors, plumbers, electricians, roofers etc, if you need someone he has a list of names and has already vetted them through prior deals, due to this we were able to do all inspections within 2 days in the option period because we already had people lined up and ready to go. I'd recommend Mario to any friends or family.

Mario and his family were a pleasure to work with. He seems to always know a guy, whether I needed an inspector, someone to check out the roof, or even install some blinds. Mario went above and beyond, showing up for any appointments that I couldnt make it to during my option period, and helped to make the whole process seamless. I will definitely be referring any of my friends to Mario, and when I do eventually move he will be my first call.

Absolutely horrible, agent was completely misleading about the disclosure I signed to see the property, agent downplayed the pros of the property and embellished the faults of the property, agent had little or no knowledge of the surrounding properties. And has now stopped answering my phone calls. Horrible experience.

Mario did an amazing job. He was quite knowledgeable about many areas in the Greater Dallas region. He made himself always available. He was prompt, courteous, and a real problem solver. We were trying to find a specific property with special requirements and he made it much easier. He was trustworthy and easily could get us help with numerous tasks related to acquiring and moving into the property. I strongly recommend him and his wife! Even after we were finished, he contacted us again to make sure everything was going well. Very professional, hard-working, and honest.
