ZillowVERIFIEDWorking with Lupe Jimenez and her husband, Mario, was an incredible experience from start to finish! They went above and beyond to help us find our dream home and made the entire search and purchase process so smooth. They were always extremely responsive, answered our questions, and made themselves available when we needed guidance or wanted to tour a new set of homes. Lupe gave such personalized recommendations that really took our family's unique needs into consideration first and foremost. She also connected us with outstanding lenders, inspectors, and plumbers who all were wonderful to work with and really helped ensure our home was in excellent condition before we closed. Lupe and Mario absolutely earned our trust and gave us nothing less than honest, candid opinions about every home we toured, pointing out both the positives and the potential concerns so we could make informed decisions. 10/10 recommend!!!

ZillowVERIFIED Lupe and her husband Mario are excellent realtors! I'm a hard person to please so I was surprised with how seamless this process was - all thanks to Lupe! She went above and beyond in showing us houses, answering questions, advocating on our behalf, and was just a friendly and energetic person that I enjoyed being around. It was also very apparent that Lupe was 100% committed to helping us find our home - we were in constant communication over the course of 4 months while searching for homes and would talk daily as we navigated negotiating deals, closing, etc. Lupes consistent communication amazed me since I knew she had other clients she was working with yet it seemed like we had her undivided attention! Lupe & Mario truly brought comfort & ease to a process that could definitely be overwhelming and we are so thankful to call her our realtor and recommend her to anyone wanting an outstanding home buying experience!

ZillowVERIFIED Lupe did an amazing job in helping us close on our first new home. The experience she had made our whole experience in buying our first home just way less stressful. And made it into an amazing experience. She is very helpful, gave us advice in what to look for when buying a home. She convinced us to move somewhere, we would probably not of moved to, but she really made it possible. Thanks Lupe.

ZillowVERIFIED Where do I even start with Lupe, from the day we met she stayed after hours to explain everything to my husband and I and as first time buyers we had ALOT of questions we saw over 20 houses until we found the one we called home! From late nights to hour long phone calls she made sure to make us feel like we werent alone and understood all the details every step of the way, and always made sure tA3 make us a priority though we know we werent her only clients at the time she sure did make us feel like we were, I'm so glad we chose her and her family as our agents! ZillowVERIFIED Absolutely horrible, agent was completely misleading about the disclosure I signed to see the property, agent downplayed the pros of the property and embellished the faults of the property, agent had little or no knowledge of the surrounding properties. And has now stopped answering my phone calls. Horrible experience.

ZillowVERIFIED What can I possibly say here? Lupe was incredibly helpful and just amazing through the whole process of buying one house while selling my former home. There were moments when the whole thing looked like it was just going to fall through via frustrations, difficulties, interference, and even illness, and she basically had to grab us all by the hands and pull us all through while essentially doing the work of TWO realtors at the end! She even had to come over and get me off my own roof one day because I'd gotten stuck! If that's not service, I don't know what is. I couldn't recommend her highly enough. Helpful, kind, honest, and knowledgeable. You'll be in good hands.
