When I first spoke to her about listing my home I was given a quote of 6% sales commission. Then day I listed it she informed me it was a flat rate of $4,000 or 6% which ever was greater. Once it was listed It was under contract quickly but the buyer exceeded closing date by more than a month, but no attempts were made to encourage them to hurry the process up. These were avoidable hold ups but she didn't appear concerned about how long it took. I wasn't kept informed of how things were progressing. If I called her she didn't return calls, and when I did reach her she replied " I was getting ready to call you". At one point I was told we would close on a certain day and I hadn't heard anything about time or place, so when I called her the day before the closing date, she then informed me that the closing had been postponed.
