Lighthouse Realty

Kerri was really helpful and friendly. Right after signing with here she already had Multiple showings. I really did not have to do anything. She Always Kept me up to date and was very fast responding to my question. She has very good Knowledge of the housing market. Closing was super easy and fast i got my asking price. Would definitely work with her again.

Let's start with Casey is amazing. I had to drop my first realtor after false promises and my home sitting on the market for 4 months with no activity. I contacted Casey and she didn't hesitate to help me. She was over the next day and instantly took the stress from me. She had a mess to help fix what the first realtor did not do. When she listed my home she had showings right from the start. Casey made my first time selling a home amazing. She went above and beyond selling my home.

Casey was the best agent I could have ever found. She was on top of everything and made sure the process to sell my parents home ran smoothly. She is excellent in her knowledge and I only wished she lived down state so she could help me sell our home. I totally trusted her.

Casey gave us options on pricing our house and was able to bring two offers to us within the first couple of days that it was on the market! She walked us through every step of the way. I would definitely recommend her!

I am a first time buyer, and the market is BRUTAL. Leah made the whole process, from start to finish, and everything in between, so much easier. Any and all questions or concerns I had, she was very fast to answer, and if she didn?t have a ready answer, she worked quickly to figure it out. Leah made herself readily available for showings, communicating with other realtors, as well as my lender when necessary. It has been an absolute pleasure working with Leah, not only is she a stellar realtor, but she is a genuinely kind human. Hands down I will recommend and refer her to my friends, family and acquaintances looking to buy a home.
