Within 3 1/2 months after listing in the middle of winter, we went under contract after a flurry of showings. Good lines of communication with our realtor was of high importance to us, and Kerri was always very prompt in responding to all of our messages, answering our questions, and keeping us in the loop. In addition, Lighthouse has a wonderful app that keeps the seller informed of showing appointments, inspections, and buyers feedback. As our home was on Lake Michigan, Kerri knew to advertise to a larger market to target as many potential buyers as possible. We could not be more pleased with our experience with Kerri and highly recommend her to anyone looking for an amazing, hard working realtor.

A friend recommended Kerri after she sold their house within a couple of days, so (pregnant and crying) I called her.
