ZillowVERIFIED Let's start with Casey is amazing. I had to drop my first realtor after false promises and my home sitting on the market for 4 months with no activity. I contacted Casey and she didn't hesitate to help me. She was over the next day and instantly took the stress from me. She had a mess to help fix what the first realtor did not do. When she listed my home she had showings right from the start. Casey made my first time selling a home amazing. She went above and beyond selling my home.

ZillowVERIFIED Casey was the best agent I could have ever found. She was on top of everything and made sure the process to sell my parents home ran smoothly. She is excellent in her knowledge and I only wished she lived down state so she could help me sell our home. I totally trusted her.

ZillowVERIFIED Casey helped me sell my moms family home, which had been mostly vacant for a number of years. It was not an easy sell! Casey was tenacious in finding a buyer, involved in every step of the process, and easy to communicate with. Because I live in another state, I relied on her to handle everything from beginning to end, and she came through. I'm so grateful for Caseys expertise and commitment to her clients!

ZillowVERIFIED My wife and I live in Florida and were looking for a summer home in Michigan for a couple of years. Luckily, we found Casey to help us with the difficult search in today's market. Even during the winter months , she kept in touch and sent us listings that may have been of interest to us. We finally did find what we were looking for... AND became friends in the process! She is a wonderful lady and a great real estate agent! Capt. Rick Thrift Sebastian, Fl.

ZillowVERIFIED Casey was amazing to work with. We had been looking for years, trying to purchase our first home, with a number of specific requirements for acreage, square footage, livestock zoning allowances, and location. Casey was amazingly patient with us and sent us everything that we MIGHT be interested in seeing. We did eventually find the perfect first home in Fall of 2021 and couldn't be more grateful for Casey and her efforts for us.

ZillowVERIFIED Casey represented me as a buyers agent on a recent property. She was very pro-active and constantly kept me up to speed with the status of the purchase. She verified the contract and paperwork was accurate prior to sending it to me and we processed everything electronically. Working with her was easy and efficient. Absolutely the smoothest property purchase I have had. I will definitely hire Casey in the future and highly recommend her to others.Nate Robinson

ZillowVERIFIED Casey was there for our family every step of our journey in choosing our first investment property. She listened to us about our plans and helped us find to the right property to suit our needs. She helped us find a great inspector, contractor, and plumber. In addition, she checked in with us regularly and fought for us when needed. Without her on our side, this journey would have been much more difficult. Shell be our first call when its time to purchase our next property.

ZillowVERIFIED Casey is the BEST. She is so patient and solution-oriented! She was always available to answer a question or find something out for me, even if it was the evening or weekend, and she kept checking up with me each day -- no chasing her down! She made a zillion phone calls and emails on my behalf, and really handled so much of the craziness of the home-buying experience so that I didn't have to, all with true professionalism. If I ever want to sell this home or buy another one, I would not go to anyone else but Casey!

ZillowVERIFIED If I could give 6 stars I would. We were given Caseys name by our probate attorney. She came highly recommended. The issue we had was trying to sell a house that was in probate and also a hoarder situation. Casey assessed the house, told us what we should expect. She was right in the money. Her description of the house was exactly what it was and included the pictures. It was full disclosure. In one week we received 6 offers. Casey made a difficult situation a lot easier than what we expected. Her listing and advice were priceless. The house sold and the buyer was very happy too.

ZillowVERIFIED Casey is a very knowledgeable and extremely patient relator. I was overseas and my wife had moved back to the area. Casey went above and beyond to make herself available when I made short trips back to the states to see houses. I am talking marathon house hunting, she was awesome, very responsive and her knowledge of the local area and dealings helped out tremendously. If asked for her opinion, Casey, will provide an honest and unbiased answer, even if it prevents her from making a sale. I find this to be refreshing as I have dealt with pushy relators in the past and this is simply not Casey. I would recommend Casey to anyone, buying or selling and have. If I decide to move to the country or downsize I would without second thought use Casey again. If your looking for knowledge of the area, ( I mean in-depth, what your neighbors are like and when they hold their local Euchre game kind of knowledge.) honesty, and patience, look no further than Casey.
