Amanda is great at what she does. She navigated a very complex sale for our Boston condo, including working around HOA litigation that required finding buyers with portfolio loans, with complete professionalism and expert guidance. What makes her truly stand out is that her dedication doesn't end at the closing. Long after the sale was complete, she willingly came through for us to help resolve a post-closing dispute. Her integrity, market knowledge, and fierce advocacy for her clients are unmatched. I cannot recommend her highly enough.

Kevin was extremely helpful during this entire process. He made it a priority to work around our schedule and helped us to drive savings through both negotiation and connecting us with preferred partners throughout the process. He was highly responsive throughout the process, and made things very easy to navigate. Also just a warm, friendly person. Would highly recommend.

Having Amanda as our agent for the sale of our home of 33 years was one of the best decisions we made! From the moment we met her, we knew she was the right fit for us. Amanda is truly remarkable at what she does. Her professionalism, incredible market knowledge, and confidence immediately put us at ease. We had a unique home that required the right marketing strategy, and Amanda absolutely delivered. Throughout the entire process, she kept us well informed and was always available to answer questions or talk through our options so we could make informed decisions. When Amanda says she works as a team with her clients, she truly means it. Her warm, bubbly personality and genuine care for her clients have a wonderful way of keeping your spirits up and your stress level down. We could not have asked for a better experience and cannot recommend Amanda highly enough!

Amanda helped me rent a new property that I had just bought. She was such a pleasure to work with. She got several applicants for me and helped me review them thoroughly. She provided credit and reference checks and answered all my questions. Amanda never rushed me or pressured me into accepting a tenant and made sure I was comfortable with the whole process. She even followed up after the lease was signed to get some issues resolved with the previous owner. I could not ask for more in a rental agent.
