ZillowVERIFIED Kevin was an excellent real estate agent to work with. He was incredibly responsive, and went with us to most if not all of the many open houses we were looking at. He gave us a healthy amount of information about the areas and houses we were looking at and worked with us to help us find our home. we primarily looking in the area just south of Boston but he seems to have a good amount of experience and knowledge in the greater Boston area. I would recommend him to anyone I know looking to buy a home in our area, I do not have experience with him selling a home but do not doubt his ability in the slightest.

My husband and I were first time homebuyers, and as such thought we had done enough "homework" to prepare ourselves for what was to come, boy were we wrong. In comes Kevin, from the get go he was quick to respond to every message throughout the ENTIRE process never once did he not reply to a text, email or phone call within hours or even minutes. What ever we didn't understand he patiently explained with no hesitation to the best of his ability, the man is easy going yet energetic he is very knowledgeable but modest enough to admit when he didn't understand something which just speaks of his genuine character. After having him drive what felt like all over Worcester county (sorry about that Kevin) we finally found and just closed on a home in Milford and could not be happier and of course, grateful to Kevin, who was such a integral part of this lifelong dream of ours. ZillowVERIFIED I cannot say enough amazing things about working with Kevin. Last year, he sold my house and helped me purchase another (you can find my previous review on this site). Just this month, he sold my home and found me a great single family to rent. Having worked with him on so many occasions, heres what you can expect. Hes extremely patient and accommodating. COVID had just started and I went back and forth about showing the property and the safest way to do it. He walked me through a variety of different and creative ways to put the house up on the market (including the option to simply hold off - hes not pushy at all). He scheduled private guided tour showings with pre-vetted qualified applicants. We received 2 great offers with just 3 showings about a week later. He also stays on top of all the little things that come with buying and selling so you literally dont have to think about it - conversations with mortgage lenders, attorneys, smoke certificates, final water readings, all of it. He only pulls you in when he needs to so youre not overwhelmed, but is in constant communication (even the aEURoeno updateaEUR? updates) so you never feel like youre in the dark. Lastly, I have a dog breed that can be hard to find a rental for and he managed to find a perfect home that literally fit every need and want I could have asked for. He continued to check in to see if I needed anything, and even picked up a few items and mail I left at the house we just sold. If youre looking for a realtor who has best interest in hand, knowledgeable, professional, always on time, and just an overall awesome person to work with - you wont be disappointed with Kevin.

ZillowVERIFIED Ive worked with Kevin to sell a home I was living in, and to buy another new home. He was absolutely amazing and I wouldnt use anyone else! On the selling side, it was my first time since it was my first home so I wasnt totally sure what to expect. He walked me through the process and *consistently* checks in so you never feel out of the loop. He had a website and beautiful pictures taken of the house, and we got offers before it was out on the market (good ones, too)! He also only advises to make the right updates to you for it sell. And as for buying, he was also great! I appreciated that he wouldnt flood me with homes he didnt think were a good fit. He listened to what I wanted, was always available to walk through a showing with me, and found something perfect! He is professional, warm and friendly, and honest... really I dont think you could find a better realtor.
