About Amanda George,

With over 14 years of experience in Boston-area real estate, I bring a calm, confident approach to every transaction. Whether you're buying your first condo in Quincy, selling a family home in Milton, or investing in a multi-family in Dorchester.

As a former real estate paralegal and current notary, I have a deep understanding of what happens behind the scenes - from the initial offer to the closing table. This allows me to anticipate potential challenges early and keep deals on track.

I specialize in working with older clients who may feel overwhelmed by today's fast-paced, tech-driven market. I slow it down, explain everything clearly, and handle the hard parts so you don't have to. I also love supporting first-time buyers and seasoned investors alike, making sure every client feels informed, empowered, and respected.

As a parent myself, I understand that your schedule isn't always your own - which is why I'm flexible, responsive, and always just a call, text, or email away. When you work with me, you're not just getting a Realtor, you're getting a trusted advocate who genuinely cares about helping you find a place to call home.

Amanda is great at what she does. She navigated a very complex sale for our Boston condo, including working around HOA litigation that required finding buyers with portfolio loans, with complete professionalism and expert guidance. What makes her truly stand out is that her dedication doesn't end at the closing. Long after the sale was complete, she willingly came through for us to help resolve a post-closing dispute. Her integrity, market knowledge, and fierce advocacy for her clients are unmatched. I cannot recommend her highly enough.

Amanda helped me rent a new property that I had just bought. She was such a pleasure to work with. She got several applicants for me and helped me review them thoroughly. She provided credit and reference checks and answered all my questions. Amanda never rushed me or pressured me into accepting a tenant and made sure I was comfortable with the whole process. She even followed up after the lease was signed to get some issues resolved with the previous owner. I could not ask for more in a rental agent.

Hi would highly recommend Amanda Skinner of Century 21. As of yet we have not found my perfect home but my experience with her on two recent outings has been nothing short of wonderful. Amanda is knowledgeable, patient, and has been very thorough with my search so far. I have complete faith that she will find my family the home we are searching for !!!

We recently bought our first home in Arlington and Amanda helped us throughout the whole process as our buyer agent. We probably dragged her around to 50 houses and made at least 3 bids, and she was on our side the whole time giving us honest advice and helping us find a good mortgage broker. When we finally settled on our home, she helped us get it under asking which was near impossible at the time. I would absolutely recommend Amanda to anyone buying or selling their home!

In late 2013 my fiance and I were eager to begin the journey of purchasing our first home! We were timid at first because many people advised us of the hassle and time it took to find a home. After meeting Amanda we were confident our story and experience would be much different. Amanda immediately enlisted us to her Centry 21 website, which gave me daily updates of new properties in our price range. She was also quick with giving us information on the listing we were curious about. She was available to answer every question we had and met us at several different locations at last minute notice. After 4 quick weeks my fiance and I are proud to be first time home owners and this was possible due Amandas persistence and dedication to us. We recommend Amanda not only because of her professionalism, but because she was relatable, honest, and made the process seamless.?
