Truth be told, Kathy was not the first realtor we spoke with when we started our home search, but after meeting her for the first time through a referral, we decided to go with her instead due to her knowledge of the market and the larger area she covers. My girlfriend and I are so glad to have gone with Kathy as our realtor. Everyday the home buying process felt like the stars aligned and Kathy was the main reason for that.
