When we bought our first house in 2017, we tested his many reviews. Andy lives up to his stellar reputation. He does an excellent job at listening to you and then finds property that matches. He's quick in communication and setting up house visits. He made it stress free for us. Most importantly, his deep experience in the D.C. area makes him a to-the-point partner. He quickly knew if a house was quality and knew every flag to mark so you can make a decision grounded in reality. We just bought another house with Andy and The Gaskins Team in 2026 and plan to use Andy sell our current house. I cannot recommend him and the team enough!

The Gaskin team was outstanding. They help me sell my townhouse and also buy a single-family home with my fiancA(C)e. Will and his team are extremely professional and trustworthy.
