ReviewMelinda was recommended to us by a friend. She was kind and compassionate to our situation which was selling my mother's townhouse, quickly as we emptied it. Her suggestions and encouragement made the entire process easier. Even though she felt we needed to do some updating, we opted to sell "as is" which was an emotional choice for me. To see my mother's beautiful but dated house looking shabby was tough. Melinda was supportive and positive and kept me positive. Her treatment of my 92 year old mother was kind and understanding and again, compassionate. My mother was very comfortable with her from the very beginning, trusting her completely. Melinda is so professional, flexible and calming. If I knew someone thinking of selling in the area, she would be my first choice!

Review I would like to share with every perspective home buyer and/or seller, that we got very lucky to have met and worked with Melinda. We found our new TownHome through an internet search after a failed relationship with a different agent. Luckily, it was Melinda the Agent who took our request and showed us to see the TownHouse and the rest as they say is history...I can categorically say that Melinda was an amazing Realestate Agent always professional and never pushed us to make an offer until we where ready and happy to make the move. Review Melinda is the consummate real estate professional. She knows her craft and know the area. This is my first home purchase since 1992, so it seemed like a first time buy, again. After showing me a number of townhouses, which I though was the way to go, and Melinda explaining me to me the pros and cons of townhouse ownership; I decided to look for a single family residence. Immediately, she provided a list of properties in the area I was searching. Melinda was fantastic in negotiating this deal! She helped me negotiate a lower than asking price. (Side Note: There had been a full asking price contract on this property two weeks before, that had fallen through.) Though the seller was anxious to get out of the property, there were several things that Melinda recommended be reviewed and certified before a deal was set. She coordinated with the seller/seller's realtor and got all of the permit requirements reviewed and done in what appeared to be record time. I cannot say enough good things about her!
