We started working with Mary in the summer of 2025 as part of our search for our retirement home. Mary listened to our wants and wishes and showed us the various areas around Easton, St.Michaels, and Oxford. She helped us learn about the pluses and minuses of each area, and of the various homes we looked at. In the end when we found our dream house, and it turned into a multi bid situation, Mary was on top of the situation and guided us to get an offer in place. The house came on the market on a Friday, we saw it Saturday morning, our bid (and others) were presented Sunday morning, and our offer was accepted Sunday evening. Mary then guided us through the purchase and closing process (very different than our home state), and we took possession at the end of September. We would recommend Mary for your real estate needs.

As a first-time homebuyer, Patty was extremely helpful with advice on avoiding pitfalls and how to narrow my home search for what I really wanted. Although I didn't end up purchasing a house with her, every offer she put in was accepted by the sellers -- it was just my own circumstances that stopped me from moving forward. Patty was very flexible with her times, driving up quite a ways to help me tour potential houses around Baltimore, Pikesville, and Rosedale.
