Mary listened to our wants and wishes and showed us the various areas around Easton, St.Michaels, and Oxford. She helped us learn about the pluses and minuses of each area, and of the various homes we looked at. In the end when we found our dream house, and it turned into a multi bid situation, Mary was on top of the situation and guided us to get an offer in place. The house came on the market on a Friday, we saw it Saturday morning, our bid (and others) were presented Sunday morning, and our offer was accepted Sunday evening. Mary then guided us through the purchase and closing process (very different than our home state), and we took possession at the end of September. We would recommend Mary for your real estate needs.

The seller for this home requested a local agent and she was able to help us within hours to get us on track with not only an offer, but advice on how to properly offer to give us the best possible chance at the house. This meant the world to me because this house sits right next door to my grandmother and we absolutely needed it. Mary was on our side every step of the way, connecting us with multiple contacts we needed for the loan, the amenities, handling communication with the Seller agent, and everything in between. Not to mention she was just overall pleasant to work with! She made the entire process very straightforward and kept us in the loop on any additional information we needed to provide. She was swift and able to respond within the hour to any questions we had - which was essential as this whole process is on a timer! We were also first time home buyers, so to say the entire process is overwhelming is an understatement. ZillowVERIFIED SHE GHOSTED ME... the address i provided was one i only got to share with her as one o wanted to see. Unfortunately I can only rate over all and professionalism. On both of those I hate to say barely reaches one star. I reached out to Mary on April 24th by text and she agreed to help me . I was excited over her 20+ years experience and having sold so many houses According to her profile. I text her a question on the april 26th to share a house I thought was interesting. With no response. I text again on the 28th and i finally got a response. Saying yes let's talk in person tomorrow. Great I'm feeling better about this. I hadent heard from her. April 29 I sent another message. No response! May 3rd I wrote a couple of questions. Again not a word. May 4th I wrote directly asking if she was still willing to assist me becouse she had not been responding. She ghosted me. ...... this was my last message to her. You may judge for yourself if it was me being rude or if she could have been more Profesional? Sorry to bother you. I have to ask if your still interested in assisting me. I understand my budget is small, my situation of looking in that price point is small and maybe not worth it to you since I have to go where I can find I can afford. I really don't know so I am asking. I've been very sick this week. And still only maybe 50% but I really have no idea what I'm doing. So if you could just let me know if your not interested and I'll have to continue on. Hope I hear from you and have a good day.
