ZillowVERIFIED Well it has been a few years now but we had to beg for better photos of our condo to start. Then we barely had any foot traffic because I dis not see any signs that our house was for sell along the road . I came by the house and the guy they hired to be there said yeah I was about to put a sign out, what is that???? We ended selling the condo cause we needed out and made close to 1k boo. Negotiate not in the works. To end we were looking to rent in the meantime and we found our own rental no help what so ever. And we put application in for a rental and was rented to someone else and we had to get our money back for the application fee took over 3 months. He didnt help. In the end we recieved a nice cutting board with his name.on it . In the garbage.

ZillowVERIFIED GRADE A RUDE -- Mr. McDowell was listed on Zillow as a contact for a property I was interested in renting. I contacted him to find out available times for a tour of the property this Saturday. I explained to him that I was looking at two other properties in the area. He immediately told me no, that he does not show to people with other agents. I tried to explain to him that I have no agent, I found the properties on Zillow. He refused again. He was very curt and dismissive. I would suggest he learn a better approach of doing business. Instead of immediately shutting me down, he could have asked about my search and see if I would like to be a customer with his firm. Maybe my business was not worth his time... and that is fine... but don't be rude about it!!!!

Suzie McDowell & Ashley Boutot of The McDowell Team @ Keller Williams are a team that is going to be hard to beat when selling a home. I can?t make any statements about purchasing a home through them, but if it?s anything like the selling side, you?re going to enjoy the process. My mom was putting her home up for sale, and for the first time by herself. Suzie & Ashley were there for her during the entire process. All questions were answered, they took time to listen to details, and explained every single step of the process that would require her input. They have a great amount of resources to address any problems you may run up against, and can offer perspective you may not have taken into consideration. All of this is done with a smile, and a healthy dose of southern charm. The sale could not have gone any smoother. If you have ANY reservations about selling your home with this team, seriously, there needn?t be any. There?s a reason there?s so many 5 star reviews. Honestly, just schedule an appointment with them and find out in person.

Well, when its Suzie McDowell it makes a BIG difference! Suzie took care of stuff I had no idea needed to be done. She personally cleaned, decorated, and staged my house. She found contractors to fix stuff and shopped for decorative stuff - Im a single guy and apparently my house looked like a cave. I didnt recognize it after Suzie got finished - I want to buy my own house!
