Jennifer was fantastic to work with when searching for and buying our first home! She was extremely knowledgeable about the area and completely understood what we were looking for in terms of a home and our budget. We will absolutely be using Jennifer again as our realtor when it comes time to sell our home!

Shawn Thomas is excellent! From the very first call, it's like talking to an old friend. He explained everything and answered any questions I had through the home buying process. He was always available to talk and frequently checking in. He was recommended to me by a friend and I will pass on the tradition by recommending Shawn to everyone I know.

Shawn was a great help for us when buying our house. He was responsive, friendly, and knowledgeable. We closed today and we're so excited about our new home. Thank you, Shawn!

Working with Shawn was an outstanding experience from start to finish. Since we were buying from out of state, having an agent with exceptional local knowledge and strong communication was incredibly important, and Shawn exceeded every expectation. He was always responsive, friendly, patient, and willing to answer our questions throughout the entire process. His knowledge of the Northern Kentucky market gave us confidence every step of the way, and his network of trusted local lenders, title companies, etc really helped make the process seamless for us. We never felt pressuredaEUR"only supported, informed, and confident in our decisions. If you're looking for an agent who truly cares about his clients, knows the Northern Kentucky market inside and out, and has a great network of local professionals, I would highly recommend Shawn. We couldn't be happier with our new home and are grateful for everything he did to help our family.

Shawn was amazing from the very start. I was so excited when I saw my new house come on the market that I texted him at 6 in the morning and got a return text followed with a phone call and a showing within hours and an offer. I am blessed that he helped me with this whole process making something that was supposed to be stressful very exciting and fun! I highly recommend Shawn!!
