My husband and I bought our first house and randomly stumbled across Shawn online. He met us and showed us a house. He took the time to explain the house buying process to us (first-time home buyers), and then proceeded to patiently show us several other houses in our price range. He was incredibly knowledgeable about the process and communicative. We loved working with him so much that he was our first call when we moved 2 years later. The second time around, he was out of town when we saw our perfect house show up online. He went above and beyond getting us a chance to see it that day and ultimately buy that house. We cannot recommend Shawn enough if you are buying a house!

ZillowVERIFIED The first week of May 2022, after a year and a half of health problems, I left my condo in northern Kentucky with just my clothing and other necessary items to go live with my brother and sister-in-law in southeastern Wisconsin. My niece drove my car, and I left the condo and everything in it unattended. I knew I would not be returning to live there, and was very worried about how to move my things and sell the place. It needed some repairs, and for some time I had considered just selling it to an investment company as is. One of my neighbors suggested I have a real estate agent handle the sale instead, that another neighbor had recently sold her condo even though it needed some updating. After being in Wisconsin for a while, I looked up the name of the agent and called Cindy Shetterly. She jumped right in and told me she knew people who could take care of the necessary repairs and even get the belongings I wanted to keep, packed and moved up to Wisconsin, and dispose of the rest. I worked with her via phone and email, and in short order my condo was listed and I had a satisfactory offer within two days. I cannot thank Cindy Shetterly and her team enough for all their work. Cindy treated me with the utmost kindness and an unfailingly upbeat attitude through it all. She really went above and beyond the call of duty for me.
