ZillowVERIFIED I spoke with about 10 realtors and all but Katie and one other wanted to list the house well below the appraised value. I had an appraisal done a few months before listing it with her as I was trying to sell the house myself. Katie put in the effort to sell our house at a higher price and she was right, the house sold quickly and at the asking price. She really knew the value of the house and how to do the marketing. The other realtors just wanted a quick sell without much effort.The issue is that the house sits next to a creek and has a beautiful view on just about an acre lot. However, this view comes at the price of being in a flood zone and the other realtors concentrated on the flood insurance and not on the location and view. Katie understood the trade off and marketed the house appropriately.She actually gave me some great advice while I was trying to sell the house myself and that direction certainly helped the home sell quickly once she started to market the house. Thanks Katie! I would be remiss if I didn't mention Brandi Robertson, she was awesome to work with also.

Katie came in with a positive attitude and the knowledge of selling the house at a great price and not coming in to drop the price. Kept us informed on what was going on with the showings and had quick feedback. The house was under contract in a month and closed by the end of the year. We were so happy. ZillowVERIFIED Katie was fantastic! She helped us sell our home quickly, and when we had issues with our original builder of choice, she had a back up plan. She could sense that something was not right with the original builder early on, and let us know right away. I thought maybe she was just quick to jump to conclusions, but she knows her stuff very well. If it wasn't for her warnings about that particular builder, we would still be waiting for them to break ground on our new home to this day! After finding a similar floor plan with a new builder, we were moved into our new home within 4 months of selling our old home. I would recommend Katie to anyone looking for a real estate agent that is honest, caring and forward with her clients. No non-sense with Katie, and so easy to work with!
