When you know you know! We met Barbie at an open house early on in our search for our first home. Her energy was so warm and inviting even our kids immediately felt comfortable around her. After that, she became our agent and gracefully helped us navigate all of the stressful moments that come with buying a house. I dont have enough good words to say about Sarita and Barbie. I had never purchased a home, and I knew absolutely nothing about the journey or the process, and they guided me in the best way, and made everything easy and stress free. Barbie had me map out my ideal home with likes, dislikes and nonnegotiables. In a short period of time, she was able to find homes that fit my desires better than I could. I fully trusted her ability to find my perfect home, and eventually, she did. There were moments where I would become overwhelmed, and she would give me the space to calm myself before we would jump back into the search. She made it easy for me to communicate my feelings without making me feel any judgement or pressure. She allowed me to move at whatever speed felt comfortable to me, and was always understanding of my feelings throughout the process. When we finally found the house, she shared my excitement, and enthusiasm, and it was truly genuine. After that, I began working with Sarita, who helped me through the offer, the paperwork, the inspection, and the negotiations. I really needed a lot of handholding, and she had to spend a lot of time with me on the phone explaining to me what things meant, and what my priorities were over the next few weeks. She was completely flexible with her time, easy to contact via call or text, and she always answered my questions in a manner that was easy for me to understand at anytime of day I would reach out. I put full trust in her to help me make the best decisions, and she always did better for me than what I feel I could have done for myself. I knew she was looking out for my best interest. When making big decisions, it can be hard sometimes to know for sure if youre making the best possible decision. You dont want to make a mistake or have regrets. Its really important to have an agency that you can put full trust into, and that you know will make sure the decision you make is secure. They gave me the confidence I lacked at times, and I will forever recommend Sarita and Barbie to everyone I know getting ready to purchase a home.
