Review I dont have enough good words to say about Sarita and Barbie. I had never purchased a home, and I knew absolutely nothing about the journey or the process, and they guided me in the best way, and made everything easy and stress free. Barbie had me map out my ideal home with likes, dislikes and nonnegotiables. In a short period of time, she was able to find homes that fit my desires better than I could. I fully trusted her ability to find my perfect home, and eventually, she did. There were moments where I would become overwhelmed, and she would give me the space to calm myself before we would jump back into the search. She made it easy for me to communicate my feelings without making me feel any judgement or pressure. She allowed me to move at whatever speed felt comfortable to me, and was always understanding of my feelings throughout the process. When we finally found the house, she shared my excitement, and enthusiasm, and it was truly genuine. After that, I began working with Sarita, who helped me through the offer, the paperwork, the inspection, and the negotiations. I really needed a lot of handholding, and she had to spend a lot of time with me on the phone explaining to me what things meant, and what my priorities were over the next few weeks. She was completely flexible with her time, easy to contact via call or text, and she always answered my questions in a manner that was easy for me to understand at anytime of day I would reach out. I put full trust in her to help me make the best decisions, and she always did better for me than what I feel I could have done for myself. I knew she was looking out for my best interest. When making big decisions, it can be hard sometimes to know for sure if youre making the best possible decision. You dont want to make a mistake or have regrets. Although we didn't ultimately sell, Sarita did an exceptional job in staging and showing the property; she procured a number of competitive offers, but I was picky and held out for better offers. If I could do it over again, I would've listed 3-4 months sooner. I was ready to sell in spring and felt a sense of urgency (as the uncertainty about interest rates swirled), but it wasn't that simple. I would work with Sarita and her team again in a heartbeat. Review There is no Real Estate Professional better than Sarita in the Portland Metro Area. Hands down, the best. I've grew up and lived in the heart of Silicon Valley and have been around countless crazy real estate deals. A close family member of mine has been very successful in this industry as well, so I know Real Estate expertise when I see it. Not only that but we have have worked with Sarita and her team 4 different times now. In 2009 she found us our first home. She then helped us sell it in 2015 for top dollar with multiple offers, under contract in a weekend. We left the area and then returned in 2019 and Sarita negotiated an under listing price deal for us, after helping us see over 20 homes.
