Keller Williams Realty

Where do I start? First and foremost, Nora represents you in the process and not transaction. She protects your interests while managing the big picture in the process. She does this delicately and through a strong work ethic. For us, she went over and above her the standard duty to provide us with a marketable home that was represented with the right energy all with character and integrity

We were in search of a house in Orange County in a very limited and challenging market. After many months of working with another agent without success we contacted Nora who immediately ramped up our search into areas we did not know existed and found us three possible options. One of the houses she found had just come on the market and was well suited for us. She immediately went into action and got us under contract within 36 hours, then handled all the challenges of a short escrow and guided us to a successful close. Her professionalism and expertise enabled us to purchase a great home at what we later found out was an incredible value. An interesting thing that also happened was that the house next to us just sold a short time ago in an off market sale and when we met our new neighbors they told us that they had "seen our house come on the market and before they could react "poof it was gone'. Nora is a dynamic professional with exceptional skills that you can trust.

Zen and his team did a superb job supporting me as a first-time homebuyer. They were great communicators and provided a number of helpful resources throughout the process. I trust Zen and am so glad that we were able to work together.
