ZillowVERIFIED We were in search of a house in Orange County in a very limited and challenging market. After many months of working with another agent without success we contacted Nora who immediately ramped up our search into areas we did not know existed and found us three possible options. One of the houses she found had just come on the market and was well suited for us. She immediately went into action and got us under contract within 36 hours, then handled all the challenges of a short escrow and guided us to a successful close. Her professionalism and expertise enabled us to purchase a great home at what we later found out was an incredible value. An interesting thing that also happened was that the house next to us just sold a short time ago in an off market sale and when we met our new neighbors they told us that they had "seen our house come on the market and before they could react "poof it was gone'. Nora is a dynamic professional with exceptional skills that you can trust.

ZillowVERIFIED Nora Gallogly was a true professional from beginning to end. She promised she could find the right buyer for our home, and she did. She communicated with us every step of the way and was wonderful in explaining every step as it would happen next. Nora worked hard for us to complete the sale of our home within a reasonable amount of time. Even when we thought the transaction might not go all the way through, Nora was always so positive and kept us feeling the same. Nora often went above and beyond. I cant say enough good things about her and her team of professionals. Everyone was always responsive to our questions and needs and worked so hard for us. If your looking for the best of the best, Nora Gallogly is the one to call.

ZillowVERIFIED Nora and team were excellent! They assembled all the relevant information to make a recommendation so we would properly price the house, help us prepare the house quickly to put on the market and guided us through the ups and downs of the home sale process. We were appreciative that, at critical decision points, she provided the proper information and guidance and ultimately supported the decisions we made whether they aligned with her recommendation or not (they almost always did). The ultimate result of net price, length of sale, timing of move all were where we wanted to be at the beginning. We were very happy with our decision to list with Nora.

ZillowVERIFIED My husband and I recently relocated from the Bay Area and needed to find a home quickly given his busy schedule. We also wanted to be settled before the holidays. Nora went out of her way to accommodate our sparse availability. Communication was key while we were still up north and Nora was always available to answer questions and took it upon herself to view a home and send us video. Her team even measured a garage for us to see if the space was large enough to store our boat. We were in contract to purchase a beautiful home in Coto within 21 days of first contacting Nora, and she negotiated an accelerated closing date to minimize our stay in temporary housing. Noras knowledge of and experience with sales in the Coto community was a huge asset. She and her team were a pleasure to work with. We couldnt be happier with the outcome. We strongly rate Nora 5 out of 5 stars with our new home purchase.

ZillowVERIFIED Nora in her role as realtor has impressed us more than we could have anticipated. Her dedication to returning phone calls, following through on our requests, answering every question we had, and receiving a viable offer on our home within 6 weeks was highly commendable. She truly cared for us, our needs, and paid attention to every detail with speed and professionalism. As a person, you can find no one better. Nora became our friend whom we highly trust and admire. Her team is outstanding and always at the ready to help us as well. Selling our home was a smooth process because of Nora, John, and the rest of her organization. I highly recommend them.

ZillowVERIFIED Nora is the consummate professional. She went above and beyond the normal scope of services in assisting us in preparing our home for sale. Her advice on what to do to our home to prepare it for sale, resulted in not only a quick sale, but a full price offer in 5 days! She has a keen sense of style. She gave us sound advice on what minor improvements were going to have the most impact. She was spot on! She is also a woman of great integrity. I would highly recommend her. Her husband was also a great contributor on the team. Very helpful.Bill and Cindy Milligan

ZillowVERIFIED Nora handled every curveball that was thrown at her by the listing agent and always made certain she had my best interest in mind. One item that came up during the inspection was fire sprinklers that had been painted over. Nora helped coordinate a further inspection by a trustworthy Fire Sprinkler company, resulting in the covered sprinklers being replaced.

ZillowVERIFIED Nora was continuously on top of the details for us. Between our kids and traveling it is difficult to keep up-to-the minute information going. Nora was able to do so. Moreover, she was able to pull the last few details of the negotiation together to make this sale final. My wife and I are very grateful to have been represented by her (and her team) in the purchase of this beautiful home.

ZillowVERIFIED We just sold our home with Nora Gallogly in the Spring of 2017 and we could not be more enthusiastic about recommending her as your real estate agent. Nora was extremely knowledgeable, accommodating and a positive force throughout the sales process. Since we lived in another county at the time of our sale, Nora went above and beyond to help us sell our home, oftentimes coming in early before a showing to tidy up. Her support staff was equally exceptional and always kept us informed in a timely manner. Our home sold at the highest price in the entire neighborhood and this was largely in part to Nora's stellar negotiating skills as well as her ability to bring in qualified and motivated buyers. A+

ZillowVERIFIED Nobody knows Coto De Caza, and the surrounding community, better than Nora. When we moved our family from Los Angeles to Coto, Nora helped make our transition go smoothly by not only helping us find the perfect home, but connecting us with schools, clubs, and local contractors to help facilitate a smooth transition that would have otherwise been daunting and overwhelming without her help. Nora is more than just an agent, she is a neighbor, a friend, and will commit herself to helping you reach your next home goals whatever they may be! Thank you Nora!

ZillowVERIFIED Nora (and her entire team) were amazing to work with. They were prompt in action, willing to be available for open houses and showings, very communicative and honest with the selling process and what needed to be done. They were of tremendous assistance to us to finalize the close as we had already moved. Nora was always prompt to reach on the phone or via email. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend and refer Nora and her team. We selected her due to her knowledge of the area and neighborhood and wouldn't have changed a thing.

Our home(s) previously sat on market with no offers with another realtor; Team Nora was able to have offers it seemed within days after we signed up with her. Another facet was her contacts in the community to assist us with repair issues; Nora knew everyone!Best part of these deals is we know have a new local friend !We give Nora 6 stars and will come back when we go thru this process again.Thank you for your professionalism!

ZillowVERIFIED We couldnt have been more pleased with Nora Galloglys professionalism, knowledge, expertise, enthusiasm, guidance, energetic personality, positive attitude and encouraging nature. She was never too busy to answer questions, go over the paperwork with us in person, or respond to our calls for advice and reassurance. After 15 years in our home we approached selling to downsize with some trepidation. We didnt know the Realtors in the area, except that several years earlier we had met Nora when she listed a house across the street. Before she was available for an interview, we talked with one of the most active agents in Coto and were favorably impressed. But when Nora came in, prepared with a thorough and impressive presentation, and her confident, friendly, dynamic and caring personality, she blew us, and the other agent, away. Not only was Nora thoroughly competent to handle all the twists, turns and wrinkles that arose in our sale and subsequent purchase, but she has a wonderful team to augment her own personal commitment to serving her clients, including husband, John with all his knowledge and helpful nature, and Kimberly, who lets nothing fall through the cracks. We wouldnt hesitate to recommend Nora to our closest family and friends. It is truly hard to imagine having a better experience with anyone else. Hopefully this captures the essence of who Nora is and what it was like having her on our side.

ZillowVERIFIED Buying a condo in CA was very complicated for us since we live in CT and want a home in CA for when we visit my son and his family. Our requirements were very specific: 1) only a condo with low or no HOA's 2) close to Tustin, 3) a large heated pool to swim laps 4) a garage connected to the condo 5) in door washer and dryer and 6) an outdoor space for a grill and seating. And we had a limited budget. Nora was excellent. She delivered on all 6 items. She arrange for us to see the properties when I was in CA. She even went to look at properties prior to showing them to me to ensure that they were what I wanted. She fully understand our needs and requirements and delivered on them with her listing of properties.Once we found the condo we purchased, Nora negotiated a great deal for us. She helped us through entire process from finding and obtaining mortgage to recommending a great handyman to do some work.I highly recommend her. She is excellent to work with!!!

ZillowVERIFIED I have had the great pleasure to know and to work with Nora Gallogly of Keller Williams between June 2013 and this past March 2014 when the sale of my house in Coto De Caza, CA closed. In selecting Nora to represent me in my sale I obtained referrals from neighbors and interviewed several local realtors - but I pretty much knew right way after meeting her, she was going to sell my house. While the selling process was fairly straight forward, the Market and many other issues presented to drag us off course. Nora guided, navigated, and pulled everything together with a professional, optimistic, and highly intuitive approach. Even when it seemed as though the ups and downs of the market could trigger the proverbial doom and gloom, Nora persevered and stitched it all back together. She will represent your best interests and motivate everyone to get the deal closed! I must also make mention of the great team of people who support Nora - both in the actual Real Estate transaction, as well as outside contractors and services for referral if you may require ancillary assistance in your sale. Everyone was extremely professional and positive. And I would be remiss if I didnt mention John Gallogly, Noras brilliant husband and partner who was both helpful and knowledgeable throughout. I highly recommend Nora professionally, and personally. Please dont hesitate to make her your Realtor!

ZillowVERIFIED We did our due diligence and interviewed 4 local agents. After the process was completed it wasn't even close to whom we were going to select. Nora was by far the best selection as she answered our questions (not what she thought what we wanted to hear) honestly and with information that made sense to the situation we were in. Plus...what she promised on she delivered. Nora, attended every open house and was there for every agent viewing or personal appointment. She is a very good negotiator and works extremely hard to get you the price you were hoping and looking for. We have and will continue to introduce Nora to colleagues and friends as we trust her and we know she will get the job done.
