Keller Williams Realty Landmark

James is unbelievable. Professional, courteous, knowledgeable, patient, and a great listener AND communicator; an exceptionally rare combo today, then add the amazing smile to boot! As my husband and I were in quite the rush to purchase a new home, he diligently sent us new listings within hours of their postings, and set up appointments as if we were his only client! We found the home of our dreams, and cant thank him enough. Truly an amazing realtor to work with, Ill be recommending him to everyone I know!

Having Mr. Carl Frankly Jr was one the best decisions we have made. Dealing with going back to school, a Wedding to plan, and going through the home process, Carl took on a HUGE load for us during this time by being active behind the scenes from dealing with meticulous seller agents to communicating with the COOP/Attorneys/Bank Lender to providing us with home insurances agents to even supporting us in the closing date (being present!). That is what stood out from Carl! He was ALWAYS present, in person or by messaging he made himself available to us! He is very passionate on what he does, truly can see how he pours his heart and mind to what be does and we always appreciated his honesty! We got turned down from a few homes, but Carl kept that aEURoehopeaEUR? and helped us to never settle for aEURoeless.aEUR? Also, because of Carl we were able to keep everything in house from attorney, Bank Lender, and even Home Insurance Agent! If you need not just a Realtor but a Friend looking for your best interest, we definitely and highly recommend Carl Frankly Jr and Keller Williams!

Working with Tim as our realtor on the sale of our co-op apartment in Bayside was a great experience from start to finish. He came prepared to our first meeting with detailed comps of the Bayside area and clearly did his homework. His knowledge of the Bayside co-op market was incredibly valuable. Thanks to his pricing strategy, we received 3 offers within just 3 weeks on the market. His team also did a beautiful job with the virtual staging, which really helped showcase the apartment online and get more eyes on the listing early on. Throughout the process, he kept us updated on showings, always took our calls, and generously shared his knowledge and experience whenever questions came up. He also helped us carefully evaluate the offers and advised us on which buyers would be the strongest candidates for board approval. Professional, knowledgeable, responsive, and truly invested in getting the best outcome for his clients. We would absolutely recommend Tim to anyone looking to buy or sell in Bayside.

She did a great job in every way. Couldnt ask for a better realtor.

From the first day of communicating with Carl, I know I would have a good experience with my home search. Carl is very professional and kind, he is knowledgeable in the field and I appreciated his time and expertise. At this point I feel like family. Every question or doubt I had was resolved at ease when I communicated with this Agent. Carl understood what kind of home I was looking for and he always showed up to support. I was referred to Carl by a good friend and everything she said about him was true. From the home search to my closing, Even if he was not sure on something, he had the right connections to clarify and help. Carl was very supportive and I think he was well thought in his field and would always be successful at what he does. I will be recommending Carl to the world of people looking for Real Estate assistance. He is the best. Carl on behalf of my family, I was to say thank you for riding out the waves with us and always answering my calls even if it was late, you always return calls and offer your support and expertise. May God continue to bless you and your family.
